Chris Espinosa is a native Texan whose practice broadly encompasses all aspects and stages of complex, commercial litigation in both state and federal courts. His litigation experience is highly concentrated in areas of business torts, breach of contract claims, negligence, and transactional work. Prior to joining Stacy | Conder | Allen LLP, Chris represented both corporations and private individuals in all facets of litigation, including motion, trial, and appellate practice at both the state and federal level.
Chris received his Juris Doctorate in 2009 from Thomas Jefferson School of Law in San Diego, California. During law school, he clerked for the Honorable Joel Wohfeil with the San Diego County Superior Court. Chris received his B.S. Degree in Political Science from Texas A&M University in College Station in 2004. Prior to attending law school, Chris worked in the Texas State Senate.
Chris is a member of the State Bar of Texas, the Tarrant County Bar Association, the Dallas County Bar Association, and is licensed to practice law in all Texas state courts, the Northern District of Texas, and the United States District Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit. Chris is a proud husband and father of two children, an avid golfer, and supporter of all things Texas A&M.
