Eugene Olshevskyy is an associate attorney who focuses his practice on business and commercial litigation, insurance defense, general and professional liability, trucking and transportation, personal injury, products liability, and premises liability. In addition to handling appellate matters, Eugene has also handled, both as a litigator and in-house counsel, insurance coverage matters, including coverage determinations and policy interpretation, as well as extra-contractual and bad faith claims.
Throughout his practice, Eugene has developed a broad and diverse set of skills and experience, having worked as a litigator, representing plaintiffs and defendants, and as in-house counsel. Prior to joining Stacy | Conder | Allen LLP in 2018, Eugene worked as in-house counsel for the nation’s largest title insurance company and as a litigator for one of the largest plaintiff’s firms in Texas.
Eugene earned a Juris Doctor from Baylor University in 2012, where he excelled in Baylor’s trial advocacy programs. Prior to law school, he earned a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Texas at Austin in 2009, where he majored in Government.
