April K. Whitescarver focuses her practice on the ardent defense of companies and individuals in business, construction defect, personal injury and property damage insurance, and professional liability litigation. She regularly represents clients in contractual, extra-contractual, bad faith, personal injury, and property damage litigation.
Before moving to Texas and joining Stacy | Conder | Allen LLP in 2013, April practiced law in the litigation and arbitration practice group in the Northern Virginia and Washington, D.C. offices of a leading international law firm.
April earned her Juris Doctor from American University Washington College of Law, where she was awarded the Mooers Trophy for trial advocacy and served on the staff of Administrative Law Review. Prior to law school, April served as a Combat Engineer Officer in the United States Marine Corps and was honorably discharged as a Captain. April also holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Dartmouth College.
